Tell everyone here something they don't already know. Everything you list is old news and is why it is being restructured. Who cares if they are pre-revenue for some time? That doesn't stop shareholder value from developing.

Um, let's see: Pink sheets company (EPGL)at .0001 ask with zero bid, gets major restructuring by the world's largest financial accounting firm to the tune of $10 million dollars in debt being wiped off the books, new medical device assets are being acquired and new management? Yeah, that's terrible for current shareholders isn't it? Just terrible.

No, there's no possible way investors could be chasing this one! LOL.

LOL, You say I have nothing to back up my opinion that people will be chasing this after RS? Only that 270 million shares (and counting) have been scooped up BEFORE THE RS, which is more than 5% of the authorized shares. In fact, so many shares have been snagged pre-rs, that if it were one single person, they would become a restricted shareholder, they own so much.

Show us any other public company which has had more than 5% of it's authorized shares bought with full anticipation of a 10:1 RS imminent? Please. Back it up with a link.
