#6662 RE: Smith111 #6659

Will they review the operations to determine if business has been satisfactory to award a "public" status?

Is not the point that the company already is full-reporting - that this the company acquiring some further assets? Is not the point that NWAU has not been purchased as a company - it is the assets of NWAU that have been purchased?

Smith, I see you left the board for good again so answering your imbecilic and poorly structured questions would be an extreme waste of my time, but for the record, I been through 7 or 8 M&A's from both prospectives, which I believe is 7 or 8 more than you. Sorry you left again, you've managed to piss off just about everybody to the point of them notifying the SEC to investigate this deal. You mangage to avoid answering any pertinent questions by simply asking stupid questions of your own. I know for a fact this original deal reeked with gray-area transactions that if known would be seriously frowned upon by the SEC. Maybe pumpers like you will indirectly inspire their participation in the process. And who the hell made up the post that ARBPRO call you to task about. It was pure BS. Let us know how you did at the SEC inquiry, hope you don't have to give back your illgotten profits.
