FFF I know you can write better then this.

not according to the financial statements they put out;

Could you be a bit more clear so I know what you are referring to? TIA

When the casino owner and the principal shareholder of CGAQ have a meeting; how many people show up?

I would say two for lunch!

Penny stocks have a very small window of opportunity to attract enough shareholders to buy stock, continue to buy stock, and support the company by attracting others to buy stock

The length of the buy opportunity depends on several factors. The most important one being the company's performance. The second most important factor is the potential of the company - what are it's future plans for dervelopment? Then they go down from there, but it can be a never ending list of potentials of which one can change the entire picture and attract investors from everywhere eliminating the need for private soliciting.
Re-buys on the part of current investors is determined by each individuals investment program. In some cases they may wish to increase their investment because the opportunity holds great promise, some may want to average down in hopes of recovering a drop in the stock value more quickly.

Like any other gamble a penny stock investor must establish his or her lost limit and proceed accordingly. Failure to stop the loss results in two options - either take an immediate loss or average down again. This would result from an investor buying into the plans the company offers as it's future direction as well as it's explanation of the reason(s) for failure to produce.

I was attracted by the fact that I could buy thousandths of shares for penny and sub-penny; allowing me the opportunity to recover my initial investment very quickly with a small increase in the share value and a substantial increase would make me a nice little profit.

[b After tellng shareholders to get lost twice and saying the stock is undervalued while handing shares out at .0006; that window is pretty much closed.

I know it is a poor practice for the leader of a corporation to tell shareholders to get lost, but I must admit I would be so inclined. If an individual is so frustrated with his or her self that they need to blame somebody else for their failure to action timely it might be time for them to get out. Maybe they shouldn't have got in in the first place. You pays your money and you takes your chances.

I really don't know how to establish the value of a company, but I am willing to accept the recent projection of approximately one cent. That seems reasonable to me under the circumstances.

Shares out @ .0006 and .0012 seems to be completely out of line and subject to verification. I think I would reserve judgement until that issue is resolved. That's MHO PB
