"What caused the slide all the way down from .02?"
The larger question is, what caused the (then) unjustified (by earnings) run to .02?
Excessive/hyped speculation, put simply. Most likely had manipulated support also, by whoever stood the most to gain.
Face it, whoever manipulated it up to .023 made a LOT more off their shares than if they only got it up to .005 before selling.
It's kinda like a high-end department store sales trick. Mark the price up 3000%, then put it on sale for 75% off. There's always someone who'll think they're getting a deal. Meanwhile, the truth of the matter is...
KMAG is trading at a $2.3M marketcap. While many think that's cheap, others don't, hence thin bid support. Bulls and Bears.
In all fairness, $2.3M cap is not bad for a Canadian pinkie.
I'm looking at a U.S. pinkie with a cap of under $200K, with revenues. Just trying to find the snake in it's woodpile. Might be the next KMAG. It's easier for a $200K cap to go to $2M, than it is for a $2M cap to go to $10M, odd as it may seem. Especially if no one is there to manipulate it up.
