FFF you are correct we did convert sufficient shares to generate $710k in cash. The gaming equipment cost tens of thousandths of dollars each, per year for operating and licence fees and that's just to use the equipment.
they rent the casino from the casino owner[/quote]
We pay rent to the property owner for the right to use the space to operate a casino. The license and permit to operate represents the Casino. Without the license and permit you have no casino. BTW the license is considered an asset It can be sold at a premium price subject to the approval of the gaming commission.
CGAQ makes plenty of money without any business. Building a business would cost real money.
I believe you are referring to the word business as a location. If so you are absolutely right - if we were running a Gypsy operation, going from one location to another several days a week and paying the property owner a percentage of the nights profit we'd probably do very well. You are also correct when you say it takes real money to build a fixed location business.
I think some have failed to accept the facts that we have recurring expenses that runs into the hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. Plus we don';t know what if anything is going on regarding pending deals that require substantial funding up front in order to get them going. We've got a significant number of irons in the fire that in my opinion will cost in excess of a million dollars to bring to fruition. Something must be going on behind closed doors in order for Swank to begin pooling massive funds together. I don't think he is planning to sponsor the biggest party the DR has ever seen. It's Business, big business and I feel in will happen and happen soon. Who knows we could wake up Monday morning and find out that we own another casino location. If so, I would hope it will be located in a more favorable location. We just don't know at this time. That's why I keep saying lets give it time to show its self. Who knows we could be pleasantly surprised. Don't forget we know nothing until it is a done deal - signed sealed and delivered. I say we must cool it at least for a short period and give Frank and company time to set the course, then once that is done if we are not satisfied we can bitch all we want. Have a great week-end what's left of it. PB
