Mr. Smith, did you or did you not make the following statement on the IHUB on Sept 10,2005?

"Some posters think a mere inventory will be taken, but the consolidated financial statements will include 2 years of operational data."

If so sir, could you tell the panel assembled how you came by this information, and please don't forget that you are under oath.
