It takes a whole lot more money to gain control of a big board... When I say the guys manipulating JBII are pros I don't mean a big wall street hedge fund. When I'm talking they may lose LOTS of money, I mean a few million... not a few billion. They love stocks like JBII because it's cheaper to manipulate through shorts/easier to accumulate enough floating supply to gain complete control of the PPS.
