The company has indicated publicly 25% processor downtime is normal for operation interruption and maintainance. You may want to factor that in to your equation.

I get $3.2 million per processor per year at the reduced current rate, so about $6.5 million when the new rate of throughput is approved. My guess is that results in a ballpark gross profit of at least $6 million per processor per year.
