When I called and spoke to IR a few days ago I asked what if anything has slowed them down recently, he mentioned the SAIC Test Report, It was brought out that they wanted to get the processor running just right, Did that mean more down time than usual I do not know,
So I would expect some down time to build out # 3, and probably a bit more. JMHO

I think you pretty accurately captured my point of view (intentionally or unintentionally) :). Good post across the board imo. But I think I may have closer time horizons on this particular trade. But who knows? :)
