If you are on this board and didn't see some potential then chances are you didn't see it because you didn't want to or you aren't aware of what you are looking at.
waste to energy w/ the intent of a bio fuel plant for a 2nd indy as PR'd...anyone who has read the $GESI PRs w/ an eye for comp fundamentals will see the true value of this enterprise. Can you give us links?

-Great industry
People go in and out of this industry all the time - no correlation to the success of the companny.

-Great business model
Can't find a link to the business model - what tech, what corporate structure, etc?

-Vast knowledge base of industry
Neither officer of the company has any experience in the industry so I don't know where you are coming from here.

-Great relationships already (i dare say "perfect")
You mean the guy in the home office that is trying to sell energy franchises to native Americans?

-Government support
A whole $177,500 worth. Others got millions.

-Green energy (high demand)
Only if you can produce it economically - no evidence of that that I've seen.


-Great location
We ain't talking real estate here - productivity and expertise are much more important than location.

-Great projections
Projections and three bucks will buy you a latte at Starbucks.

-Proven Tech
I'll give you that one - if you choose the right vendor and if you have competent management to operate the tech.

-Minor funding alreay proven for their feasibility study
Who's doing that study anyhow??? Qualified consultants??

-Open ended growth (module design plant)
Whoa - we haven't seen any competent personnel have we? Who designed the plant? What "proven tech" are they using?

-Well conducted and strong management.
Do you have any evidence that anyone in management knows squat about the energy market and gasification tech?

-Multiple avenues for income (electric/gas/liquid fuel)
Only if they can produce the above in a profitable fashion and only if the financing deal leaves any crumbs for the common to profit from.


-Outstanding headway already made (for something so extensive)
The only "headway" I've seen is the $50 grand from the one man band. The important questions like who is the real source of the money, is it a real source of money, what are the terms, all of these are unanswered.

The question is, is it headway or are they just marking time until the pull out the rug and leave the common holding the bag?
