System Technology Solutions, Inc. (STS) is pleased to announce a major win with a top tier Information Technology (IT) government contractor. STS has enjoyed a strong relationship with this leading government contractor for many years, joining their team on several significant contracts during this time, and winning many task orders.
An initiative to provide vital resources for national security, this contract establishes an acquisition framework for delivering Information Technology services & capabilities that will support global Command and Control (C2) assets. Support requirements include full attendant support at locations deemed high risk, crisis/danger areas.
Regarding the timing of this announcement, Richard Weitzel, President of STS, commented, “This Contract was awarded to our Prime some time ago; however, we decided to refrain from announcing this major achievement until the win was accompanied by a Task Order in STS’s functional area. To date, our prime did win a task order, and selected STS to join that Task Order team. However, at the time, STS could not satisfy the labor requirements. Currently, we’re very proud to say we have identified the right people with the right credentials to begin working on task orders.” Weitzel continued, “This contract further allows us to strengthen our relationship with a particularly valuable ally, paving the way for future contract bids and wins.”
