The crux of the matter seems to be this: If JBI loses $1000.00 for every barrel of oil they produce, then wouldn't be less costly for them simply to dismantle their equipment into pieces, if their equipment isn't already in pieces?

They already have a profitable business selling shares.

Furthermore, producing oil at such a huge loss just creates further legal jeopardy for JBI.

On the one hand, JBI loses well over $1000.00 for each barrel of oil they claim to have made.

On the other hand, we have Borydnuik selling shareholders on his claim that he can produce oil for a total cost of $10/barrel.

Unless JBI can explain how these contradictory facts can be made to jibe, it could be construed as yet more fraud.
