You seem to miss out that the Palestinians had already killed over 60 000 Phalangists, shooting women in the head and blowing up hospitals and towns. They performed war crimes of orders of magnitudes larger than the SLA but no court or world affairs mentioned them. Who do you think is controlling the media?
Go ahead put Arafat and any left over SLA leaders on trial, but guilt of Sharon by media recrimination is not a war crime in any law book. Geez why not be fair and put Saddam on trial, the north vietnamese, The egyptians, the sudanese, the turks, the north koreans, the libyans ( who killed all the their journalists in the early 70's, the chinese communists etc. At least those groups really did give the orders to directly kill people with their own armies.
To pick a minor event in a bloody civil war in which the crime was not performed by the person you want to blame is just politics and you just want to find something to try to fault Israel for.
Why dont you start asking who started the Lebanese civil war in the first place. Maybe those people should be put on trial. Do you know whodonit? Maybe it was all those people who call for world peace. And I wonder who paid for it to start, maybe those people are the real villians
