Danel- thats priceless! EDIG in every PR is always making "progress" towards whatever the thing they claim to be working on is when that particular pr is filed. They have been making "progress" and "continue to have discussions" for 12 years and somehow never get beyond that stage. That can be as simple as sending an e-mail solicitation and getting an automated response and still be technically legally accurate. EDIG is always on the technical legal edge of public relations reporting. They are always making progress until they stop talking about whatever. Also, I tried to look up those patent application #s on the USPTO PAIR system and had no luck.

Dan, actually he had seen him before only he was TWO aisles over the previous trip, so the fact that he was on the same aisle was, in fact, progress.
