More than that: this management stripped its shareholders of their rights, drove the stock price to $0.0001 and will now have to effect a R/S in the 1:1000 range to get back above $0.01.
A 1:10 R/S at $0.0050 would have been much more conservative and harmed shareholders less. That's the choice with respect to debt and asset management in a money losing concern: more or less harm, and so far it's been more harm.
remember the good ole days when legit companies would ratio A/S the same as O/S when facilitating an R/S.. now-a-days we're luck if they cut the A/S in half when they 1000:1 the O/S, how sad..
