1. ...and open the company up to a hostile take-over or something that would be even more destructive (to the company AND investors.) Too many possible options here to list.

2. Withholding materially effective events (whether good or bad) is fraudulent. Are you condoning or encouraging THAT?

3. You just contradicted your #2 point.

To your second 1, 2, and 3; you stated the obvious, but also gave no viable solutions.

They sell discount shares to anyone that will pony up $10k or more. Those guys hold an instant profit and its up to them to hold for the pump. The CEO doesnt pump some BS they probably wont get too many buyers. Now all these discount new share holders dont get the pump and they begin to trip over each other to get their's first. The BID gets destroyed down to their break even point and they are bag holders just like the retail guys. Just look at all the shares on the ASK. Thats the discount rats looking to save their shirts and exit before the next guy does. Then, mix in a few retail guys that rather sell @ .0002 than lose half of that, and all are screwed but guys like me on the sidelines smelling blood.
The Company cant sell discount share down here without some kind of BS that will be privy information, Boxed then selves in till they show potential revenues or they die a slow death. Bills come once a month. Rainer must be brainstorming big time.
I think they will pull the rabbit out of the hat. Ya just have to get these below .0004
And all the shares bought @ .0004 will be flipped at or above .0008, so .0007 looks like a nice potential flip.
The retail guy will take this down to the floor. Time to set a .0001 buy, is now. Get in line. It will bounce. The Company cant sell discount shares now. No one with half a brain woulod buy from them. They are screwed on that funding side.
