ahh, you must not be aware he's an "accredited investor" and holds notes from MWWC, look at their recent filings.. the way he explained it, Rainer (or another exec) actually convinced him when the stock was around .005 to exchange his convertible/warrants for common shares, OUCH!
The basic proposition over time is a very large increase in O/S and a corresponding collapse in share price.
Why: MWWC continues to bleed capital. Right now there aren't many avenues to avoid further dilution. Finally that results in such a bloated S/S that a R/S is effected.
As to whether or not people accept that dilution kills stock prices, who knows.
