An RS would be death and is not needed here. Revenue and new revenue streams will add to the pps at current SS.
Due to trading restrictions on shares with most brokers an RS would cause a loss of value overnight, the longs wouldn't be able to get out fast enough to protect.
I understand what it is you are trying to convey and if this was a big board stock I couldn't agree more but this is pennyland and currently subpenny. The same mentality and startegy that would work on a big board stock will not work down here. Just the emotion alone would kill it.
I am not as smart as some here and have only been trading since 1994 but I have never seen or heard of an RS at these levels work to the degree in which you suggest. Some have appeared to work for very short period until the reality of the dilution which followed set in.
Look at what JR has done to date and what the future has in store for this company if current work and passion to grow maintain and the thought of even discussing an RS is ridiculous.
Q2 will surprise everyone and silence all the negative talk, doubt and strategical theory guessing. Well not completely because there will always be those who can put a slant on the issues of the day. One thing for sure, this discussion of an RS had to start sometime because we pretty much wore out all other topics in regards to this company, stock and staff.
