Why aren't they putting equipment where these alleged unlimited supplies of plastic are, so they don't have to deal with transportation logistics and costs associated with moving all that plastic that nobody can recycle?

what do you think the RKT agreement is then?

The NF facility is where they are proving the technology, it is a showcase site and I am sure isnt running at full capacity as they are still learning and training operators.

The subsequent locations are all to be RKT plants where there is the supply of plastic either direct (raggertail) from their cardboard recycling or from RKT landfills.

Once they can manufacture and install systems at the rate of say one a week they will offer to put them at your local government facility if there is enough plastic. that is a couple of years away though.
