Wow... I have thought about it, and I Still disagree 100%.

We're nowhere close to being in a position where that would work. I really can't believe people are bringing up that subject again right now.

Perhaps you could think on it a little more and realize that you're mistaken and enamored by the possibility of this stock being treated like its not a pink.

It is what it is until it isn't . IT STILL IS. It would be an epic failure as far as a CEO being considerate of its shareholders - for those who put their hard earned money in here and are already down 75%! (and I'm not in that groups, btw)

Wow, Smit is even talking about R/S? You know your probably right but any announcement may cause a sell off. Folks may want to get out until after the R/S is done. I prefer a buyback and share retirement.

Did you say that we may uplist to the OTCBB? Of course I don't think there is an .10 PPS requirement then so why bother with an R/S?

The NOBO list is going to end some of this, but a R/S split right now would be a death blow to KMAG for at least 6 months or more. There is nothing good about a R/S in the pinks.

For this year and since the company can support itself through revenues, this share buyback and restricting of shares once complete is going to catch a whole lot of people by surprise.

50 million float will not guarantee a higher pps, I know of one otc stock with a 166 million float and the pps is .0008, so there is no way to equate a higher pps with a lower ss.

R/S split talk is just that, talk. Jeff has never even suggested such.

One line of thought bu not needed if this company is real it will move on its own MERITS and the PPS will follow and a R/S would only add to al the confusion right now and have probably negative effect on most share holders!!!

I guess you totally missed my pointing out how it's not the number of shares that's the problem, but rather the number of shareholders, of which a r/s does nothing to change.

There is virtually no way to reduce the number of shareholders, so some things you just have to learn to live with.

Hey, smitter & duelittle: I am thankful that you two 'guys' are invested in KMAG, and apparently long, but with regard to your OPINION about any benefits of an R/S, I couldn't disagree with you more!

Apparently, the information, opinion & ADMONITION as contained in 'AIRDALE'S' post
# 67727, means nothing to you? Apparently, even JR's public statement in that same regard means nothing to you, ie: that is to say, that as the CEO of ''our company'', he does not want anything to do with a R/S! Unless, of course, he has back-peddled since his live interview on SST RADIO on April 22nd? If he has, and I can DEFINITELY find out that he has, I won't be around hereany longer!

Or perhaps you & due & whoever else it might be, that advocates 'such a remedy' to our present woes pps wise, and SS wise, & OTCQX uplisting wise, presume to know more than JR himself, and more than the people who wrote that public opinion in airdale's post, ey?

We'll be just fine, as the various investors ''see'' the great fundamentals & DD of
''our company'', just as I did this past April, so that kittle by little, we'll add to the base of the longs who see the potential of this company, and who are willing to invest & ''HOLD FOR THE LONG HAUL'' with money that they can basically forget about for awhile, as we continue to whittle away at the available float & available A/S, just as chessplaya says in his post # 42495, so as to overcome whoever the huge shareholders are who keep selling into the buying that is to say, those who want to buy into this great investment! GO KMAG! And that without the need to do an R/S, for whatever kind of ''specious'' reasoning!
