I think it's the content of the suit that has most not worrying at all about PCFG. Some lawsuits are frivolous, some have no merit, and sometimes those that sue DO NOT WIN. Even if PCFG loses - the loss may not really be that bad for PCFG and life will move on - and PCFG continues work... lots of factors.

So in my case, I want to wait and see with PCFG before judging.

yelp, that's what it is. unfortunately PCFG will have the expense of fighting the complaint. Z
