A R/S would significantly reduce the number of shareholders, just announce one and you'll see.

Do you really think that such discussion makes a bit of difference with a stock like KMAG? I think that anyone with half a clue in microcaps realize that any truly good company will have to face the prospects of an RS and buy backs and retirements before going on to a bigger board. It's just that so few companies make it that most everyone only knows the fear as so many are con scam paper hangers. It's real!
