One other oversight of due's r/s is, though the number of shares may change, the number of shareholders won't. A stock with 50 shareholders is not going to be near as volitile as one with 500 shareholders. Find a way to cut the number of shareholders by ten, and you won't have a problem with the volitility/selling anymore.

So, r/s or no r/s, it's the high number of shareholders that create the problem. In KMAG's case, it's just the way it's always gonna be.
