something has to come out in order to get fresh blood flowing like a transfusion. JR is going to repeatedly have to do this in order to keep the pps relatively stable until he up lists. for this and also to give shareholders support. it's good pr for him the co. and for trading. he won't give it all up at once. that is not JR and that is not strategic in the least.
