So I guess the real question jmurf is how could you have received that email today when you posted it yesterday, and even said then you received it two days prior, which would be Sunday?

Devcool, I believe you are mistaken entirely and really, you should either edit or remove your own post stating that the emails being received DIRECTLY from Shimadzu.jp are "fake", and you should apologise.
You keep stating that "the chronology alone" indicates the email is not genuine. You are incorrect in your assessment. The email IS INDEED Genuine. This is a FACT. An undeniable one.

I've emailed BOTH Shimadzu JAPAN and Shimadzu Australia and have asked all the APPROPRIATE questions to put this matter to bed once and for all.
If/When either or both reply, I will most certainly repost that email here for all to see.
But I do ask that you follow up to confirm the validity of the emails, instead of stating they are a fabrication.
And continue to be bullish on IMDS's technology, for we all wish it can safe countless lives etc -- but DO UNDERSTAND the disconnect between Imaging Diagnostics (the life saving company), and IMDS (their toxicly diluted, polluted stock)
