No mention of the sales of the unregistered shares that were quietly filed with the SEC in a "paper" filing.

Not surprised though.

It's just the usual e.Digital investor relations strategy taken from the manual on how to grow mushrooms:

1. Keep them in the dark
2. Feed them lots of manure (B.S.)
