I would say there is no way the first two wells would yield 1000 BOPD. I doubt there is even oil in commercial quantities. More likely just traces of oil. That would make the PPS .0001

Will you stop it with the 1,000BOPD? I mean seriously, the Belize government put out a statement saying TECO was misleading people about what they found anyway, and its obvious from what we know now that there is no major find or else the situation would be different.
