In some cases investors have had phone calls and exchanged private messages and emails with the company, the IR, etc. and may have been told that certain things were in the works that never materialized - but you invested based on this information. In other cases officials from the company or their official representatives may have posted information here or elsewhere on behalf of the company. Based on examples from prior cases these postings do very much "count". I suggest you contact IC3 or your attorney for more specific questions.
I am not familiar with AnywhereMD/PIPI as I do not follow it. I posted the information here because a couple people in this AND the other one asked me to cross post. I know that on the other one, for example, one person posted many things as absolute fact and that he had first hand knowledge - and then the other person posted on the official web site that it never happened. Again, I have no knowledge of what has gone on here. There very well may nothing wrong here and everything is above board. I cannot make an informed comment either way...sorry.
