That's my take on it too. Why bother suing if there's no real money to be made. And there's only money if pcfg has a bright future. So we are not the only ones who think this is headed to the moon in the next few years.
Plus the timing on filing this is fishy. Why did they wait until now to file as the deal was ages ago. My guess is they were waiting to see if pcfg was a bust or a blast off.
