This company trades like an entity that is losing money....not the case ...and there is your leverage

True, from an income perspective, but not from a cash flow perspective. This will change sometime in 2013. And this is when they will uplist and dual list.

True, but not until dilution has stopped, having completed this massive capital development creating the critical mass to generate significant cash returns in 2014. And this is when they will spin out their first subsidiary. Projections are that this transaction alone will generate the current market cap in cash for both the company's cash tills and its distribution to shareholders. Of course, the company will still own 70% of the spin out.
