First of all you are wrong. The fact that there is oil proves potential and brings multiple up. Its not a 1x multiple. Second of all , dont call someone wrong prematurely. Not very wise

Did you take into consideration that Treaty has sold 50% of the 50% interest in the first two wells and I believe around 10% of the 50% of future wells in Belize.
