I can't believe it to be anything else but a scam at this point. All the facts point to this:

1) no news on progress from Tirex Corp.
2) promise of audited financials over and over
3) no news or way to get news from joint venturists/partners
4) stock price should be moving up steadily as
agreements/projects/plans progress and news leaks out from
some involved
5) past performance of JT and present situation

This is disheartening to me. All the time, money and heartache for a company to succeed and for me to invest (but not lose) my money(on a scam, if it was a legitimate investment and I lost money at least I would have had knowledge/info along the way to make educated decisions)..... Can anyone out there give me solid info to prove me wrong? I really hope someone is able to.
