Answer: They didn't. The Mutt brothers made the mess and they are the ones continuing to make a mess by making a mockery of the judicial system.
Since this is simply the civil trial and not the criminal trial, correct, they won't get jail time from the SEC. ;-)
In the long run why is it that people can't see them for the crooks they were? Amazing that people still think they were actually trying to run a legit company.
Berta - The criminal cases for Moscodimwitz and Metter still haven't reached their conclusions. I predict M&M will both do time, but not nearly as many years as they deserve.
