Yea big, it's as I though, you are in same boat as I (but you have a great average--much better then I!). Bottom line is you own 2% and so you can't possible sell all over a short period of time -- just think about how long it took for you to accumulate! At least I know how long it took me! My friend isn't in same boat as we are as has maybe 400k or what I would consider a manageable amount, but like I said, he is buy and hold and is planning on going preferred (I wouldn't in his shoes).
So what are our options? Clearly you can only sell a small amount at a time or you'll send it tumbling to nothing = counter productive. So you could put limit orders in at going rate and, over time, get out fairly even. If you want to get out now, or perhaps a large chunk of it to reduce your at risk, somebody might be willing to take thoes shares off you hands at a discount (let me know LOL). Or you could let it play out (why you were in it in the forst place). Think about it, you only need to sell 200K at about .04 to recover your whole investment (rest becomes table money). At least that was my thought when I said I was thinking of keeping back 200k shares as common. But either way, I think we put ourselves in for a long haul, planned or not! Since we are in same boat, what are your ideas/plan?
We invest in OTC like this knowing risks are high, that we risk all with hopes of hitting a big gains from time to time. It is only a small amount of our investment powder, or should be anyways. And with DD, I think it is slightly less risky then options (but clearly sometimes it can be same) and far better oods then thoes lotery tickets we buy. But all said Big, I really don't think this is the WSHE end game, what they are offering is clearly part of some plan -- they just can't tell us that plan for obvious reasons.
