Lol. Actually what happened was that there were .15 and .16 on offer. The next price was .27

I bought up all the shares at .15 & .16

I'm not sure what happened next, but level II said a .23 printed. I don't know how (maybe someone placed market order?) or the MM is playing tricks. (It was only for 500 shares).

Then about half an hour later; someone was able to get in about 5000 for .13. Hence, the drop. At which point, another 500 shares cleared at .22 Lol. Bringing the market back up.

Tells me there's limited shares, liquidity, or MM playing some tricks.

Either way, I still think this is a good play; but there's the breakdown if you care to know.
