To the contary, it does matter..... it matters because its the difference between libel and opinion, between fact and apperance, between preception and fact. There are no semantics being played in my replies, I sort of resent the implication that I was trying to play semantics.
Although the announcement and the current version of the complaint use the CCTC name, it is not fact "the company" did what is alleged. If it had done what is alleged then a member of the current company management would have been arrested as Hague was, yet Hague is the only one arrested and his actions were back in 2009 and he has not been with the company for a while now and left the company long before this complaint was filed or the criminal charges against Hague were filed. It is not fact that "the company" did anything wrong, but it is fact in the complaint and criminal charges that Hague is the responsible party and not "the company".
