Let me give you simple reasoning why it is going down?

A) Massive dilution
B) "Real" customer has never heard of him
C) Promo guys have made their money and are out so this won't go back up passed 0.01 let alone 0.02
D) Financial statements are completely and utterly bogus. How do you create a product with no PPE? LOL
E) JR is a perennial failure. Just look at his stock price. Now he's given up and this is his last hooray AKA pump and dump!
F) Share buyback? Whatever happened to that talk on here? How is that even possible and how much of the FLOAT can he buyback with the small amounts of cash he has? There is a difference between FLOAT and TREASURY stock btw. Also, if he was soooo confident in his business shouldn't he be invested every dollar into it not buying back shares?
