it's a U.S. trustee appointed by the court. i would be less worried about whether you can trust them or not.... rather who's interest they have in mind... which in this case... looking at the debt/assets... it'll likely be the creditors.

According to the court documents, no trustee has been assigned... That's probably because of the CRO that they hired.

jade2010, no worries on whether to trust the Trustee or not. They are 100% unbiased. Basically appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts to oversee the case before everything ultimately comes in front of a Judge at the tail end. Most are Government employees with the Court but in some cities they contract out to outside sources and have local Attorneys also contract with the Courts to act as "Trustees". I wouldn't worry about them being biased as to them ATRN is just one of 100's of other cases they have and they have no attachment to them.
