Actually I don't need answers. Merely pointing out that they could announce completing the audit without actually filing for the OTCBB. Releasing audited financials is not prohibited, even in a quiet period.
Therefore there are only two real resons not to release them. Either they can't or don't want to. Makes no difference to me either way.
I was looking at the completion of the audit/application for OTCBB as the next entry point. It appears they do not intend to do that for awhile. So barring major news, I guess I wait for the week before the shareholders meeting.
As cynical as I am, I don't believe pennystock CEO's is the first place. I've seen a lot of people burned by believing them.
