Wow.... a lawsuit, years to go through to try to get money from a bankrupt stock with numerous creditors & you cannot as of yet even know if you would win.

Geez you may be prevented from filling you will have to sue yourself or pay a lawyer & from your posts you cannot file yourself this is not a long shot it is beyond the pale.

If a lawyer takes it on on a contingency basis he will make all the money & each creditor will get a McDonald's burger like usual.

It is over just hope if you so desire that they will emerge from bankruptcy successful but I am not so sure.

Some common sense is required.

what if the lawsuit doesnt go through? my dad took my advice on this stock when it was 20 cents. i feel horrible..if i hold chapter 11 usually whips out shareholders. who ever made this law is a dumbasshole

please advise, i looked at the chart, their is no indication that its going to bounce, also the news wont get better chapter 11 is confirmed. i dont see them getting any better. either or papers are submitted in to whip all existing shareholders their debt is almost 3 x what their assets are worth, i dont see why shareholders should keep any of their shares in this situation
