no one asked - which is why 6 months ago is not relevent because we don't have the information to compare. In this case, at the presetn we do have info, because NDEP was ASKED, and I conclude it is resolved. That may not be enough for someone else, but it is for me considering the stock is only .00s...

Don't apologize to me, I could care less. What counts is how I feel and how I invest in PCFG. I believe I have heard enough to conclude the water issue is resolved - whether another chooses to agree and accept or not is their problem, not mine.
