Sorry to post so late at night, but I just had my last food sale at 8 p.m. PDT and have been going since 5:30 a.m. this morning and now it's almost 9 p.m. here in Hermosa.
I talked to CEO Frank Moody and Mark Jablon of Big Apple this a.m. for eight minutes, just before I left to go out selling.
Mr. Moody assured me everyone is working hard at their particular task within the company and: the reason the financials have not been filed is because if they applied for the OTCB, the company would naturally be required, as you all know, to go into the 'quiet period' and therefore, no material events which would significantly affect the company could be made public. Well there is something going on to hold them from filing. Be it acquisition or merger or being absorbed, I cannot say. Let it just be known that that is the reason for allowing the company to keep its current posture, so as to be able to say what needs to be said and announced regarding the above possibilities. When? Don't know that either, but something is in the works.
I let them know that sniperflea had talked to Troy about that product possibility. I let them know that we, as retail investors, are concerned about learning about any type of payment to the company or any signed contracts, because it is what allows us to evaluate, from the outside, the true progress of the company at the level of concrete results.
There were other things said, but not of real import, because those three issues; filing, revenues, and contracts were the main issues I wanted to bring to the fore of the conversation.
And I must add that no one from either bb here at HISC so much as posted to me one single question to ask, so all you guys and gals are just typists with axes of one sort or another to grind, rather than assist me in getting to the nitty gritty.
And yes, at the end, I amusingly let Mr. Moody know that I had gently nicknamed him the 'Velvet Hammer' on the bb at IHUB, so that was good for a chuckle all 'round. I call him that because this man is the epitome of low key effectiveness.
I didn't do a good enough job? Didn't ask all the right questions? Well, where the hell was your input? I told you I would call back...Whatever you think of me or say, at least I perform...So hack away bashers. I could care less...
