Not exactly sure what u mean, but from what i understand is that you're asking why high volume and low pps...High volume usually indicates 2 things, Either there are ALOT of people selling into the bids, or ALOT of people buying into the ask. In this case there was alot of selling into the bid, not a good sign..means high supply and low demand

Also is a clear warning indicator of more DILUTION in the works!!!
