That is false. The share price ranged from $.001 to $.0015 on that date (6/12/12).

Over 1M shares bought at 0.0015 the other day. So 10K
shares bought at the higher price .0019 is natural!

Why anyone wants to sell the shares at 0.001 when they can sell at 0.0014 ~ 0.0019?

Because $.001 was the best bid.
