In fairness, those 4 bullet points aren't necessarily wrong. If presented as perception anyway. They're presenting those points as fact because Jeff won't explain everything to them in detail. I would like clarification myself but certainly don't expect what they do. I am very curious about the advice Jeff is getting from his attorney. At face value, to an outsider, it looks like they are taking the high road and Jeff isn't denying it. At first I though maybe he's letting them dig a big enough hole and then due for deformation of character and slander. Now I'm thinking that's not the case because they're taking the position of a shareholder warning other shareholders.
Right, wrong or indifferent these issues seem to be pretty easy for Jeff to clarify if wanted to. That would instantly throw their concerns in their face for all to see and have KMAG coming out of it smelling like roses. Or am I just crazy? Because that's how I'm starting to feel.
