Why would anyone want to invest here? In the past three months alone the CEO told his shareholders he wants to sell some of his restricted shares and also propsed a reverse split...ALL BEFORE SHOWING THE TRUE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE COMPANY AND PRODUCING AN AUDIT. Its not hard to see why people want away from this clown.
