Depends on how many shares you want to buy? Small amount at ask, or put it in below the ask and see if you can buy it cheaper then the ask. But watch it, if you do not get filled, you may want to just buy it. Any buys in the .004's, in my opinion is a good buy. But it is your money!
If you want to be certain you get your shares, place it at the ask. If you are looking to buy a substantial amount of shares, place your bid above the ask, and you will be filled with any shares at or below that pps. You won't pay more for placing your buy order above the ask. They will sell the shares they have at the current ask and then move up to the next ask pps. GLTY
