it also doesent mean that they didnt fire everyone that already worked there.and there hireing a whole new crew. probably not.but it doesent say.this is probably cheeper then hireing a stock promoter.

I dont think they would hire more people if they werent finally ready to run things a little harder. Hopefully the water problems are all settled now.And they are finally going to start ramping up things a little.Thats the way Im looking at it anyway.
