Notice of appeal has to be filed within 30 days of the entry of judgment, which they did. Within 14 days of that they have to order the record from the court reporter. The court reporter has 30 days to file the record with the district clerk, unless an extension is requested. Briefs must be filed within 40 days after the record is filed. Could be a cross-appeal filed, but probably not likely. The appellate court will then docket the case for oral argument, which would be months down the road. At their leisure they will render their opinion. That's pretty much the timetable you're looking at. Could be some other motions filed but none of those would set the deadlines back more than a month most likely. PIP
