Silverton's doctor lives out past Eureka and manages to get into town on a daily basis.

Yes, but not for that posts reasons. Eureka is at 8500 to 9500 feet in a valley and the pow mill near Howardsville is almost 11000 feet up a mountain. Big difference.

Also, did you know that a couple of roads northeast out of Silverton are routinely closed in the winter?
But it has been put to rest as the reality is very few operations go consistently through the winter in that area.

The only point, which is now moot and done is there won't be operations 24/7 365 days up there. Just an unreasonable boast.

Besides, why would Cgi want to hire a company that seems to spend more of the clients time stuck in the ditch than leveling roads for clients.
They need to get rid of those pictures.
